Jeffco Billygoats is a youth cycling club in Jefferson County, Missouri. We accept boys and girls of all skill levels in grades 6-12 from Jefferson County and South St Louis County, Missouri. We currently support three teams. Jefferson County Composite Billygoats, Mehlville Panthers and Lindbergh Flyers. The team is affiliated with NICA and MICL.
